About This Feature
The type of account that you have determines the subscriber quota limit. You can check your subscriber quota or make changes to your account with this feature.
How to Use This Feature
You can select to have your Subscriber Quota shown on your dashboard for easy access to your stats. If at any time you wish to change your subscriber quota, mouse over “Account” on the top toolbar and select “Quota” from the drop-down menu to choose an option or contact us for more details.
[+] Trial Accounts
If your account is a trial account, you may only upload 250 subscribers for the trial. If you need to add more than that during the trial period, please
contact our support department.
Unlimited Sending Plans
Unlimited sending plans allow you to send an unlimited amount of emails to a select range of email subscribers. This is the preferred sending plan for most of our users.
To upgrade your unlimited sending plan, visit “
Quota” under “Accounts” in the main menu. Under “Unlimited Plans,” select the plan that best suits your needs and click “Select Plan.”
Your request will be reviewed by our support staff and you will be notified of the upgrade via email. This is a measure to protect us (and you) from spammers.
If your account is on an Unlimited Sending Plan, and you exceed the number of allotted subscribers for your plan level within a 30 day time period, we will automatically upgrade your account. If the upgrade is not successful, sending may become temporarily disabled for your account until the upgrade is complete. If you are unable to send, please
contact support.
Standard Sending Plan
Standard sending plans are priced based on the number of emails you send. This allows you to have as many subscribers as you want, but limits the amount of inboxes you can reach. This means that if you have 500 subscribers, and your quota is 1,000 sends, then you can email your subscribers two times per month.
To select a standard sending plan, navigate to “Account” in the main menu and select “
Quota”. Next, identify the plan that best suits your needs, taking into consideration the frequency of sending and the amount of subscribers you want to reach in a month. To select that plan, click “Select Plan.”
Your request will be reviewed by our support staff and you will be notified via email.
This is a measure to protect us (and you) from spammers.
Standard sending plan is ideal for high-volume bulk e-mailing.

Best Uses
We recommend selecting plans that allow for sustainable growth. In other words, if you have 998 subscribers, selecting 501-1,000 subscribers would be very limiting and only allow 2 new subscribers. 1,001 - 1,500 is much roomier.
For most senders, unlimited sending plans will be the most beneficial and cost-effective plan. If you’re not sure which plan works best for you, contact our support team and we will help you identify the plan that fits your budget and your needs.
The dashboard modules make it easy to keep track of your quota and your use. Managed growth of your email list is more efficient when you are monitoring the number of new subscribers and cleaning out inactive email addresses.
