Hypertension

Several people have been asking about what they can do for Hypertension.  So, I have included this, again in this NewsLetter.  Also, information about the Rife Machine and the Vitalizer Plus, both will help with Hypertension.

Currently the best combination therapy for reducing HBP (Hypertension) is:

(1) To Reduce excessive carbohydrate intake, especially refined carbs and sugars, and

(2) Using the Rife Digital Professional on the hypertension frequency set.
Hypertension: 0.03, 0.40, 0.78, 1.00, 2.50, 33.39, 75.79, 185.58, 425.79, 719.34

(3) Using the Vitalizer Plus and drinking your water - 1/2 your weight in ounces every day.  Even if you don't get the Vitalizer, drink your filtered or spring water every day.  Below under the section for the Vitalizer there is a brief explanation as to how this can help.

I noticed for myself, that 2 years ago my Blood-Pressure had increased above normal measure, I asked Dr Pete for personal assistance with using the Rife machine. He gave me this “Dual” combined method, which actually worked so well that my Blood Pressure has moved into the low range, and a constant non-exercising rate of 66 bpm.

(1)
One of the most significant contributors to high blood pressure is high blood sugar and insulin resistance. Some evidence suggests that pathological changes in glucose and insulin metabolism significantly affect the development and clinical course of hypertension, and thus should be primary targets for dietary intervention. Chronically high blood sugar, hyperinsulinemia, and high triglycerides are far more common in individuals with hypertension than those with normal blood pressure, and one of the major contributors to all three of these conditions is an excess intake of carbohydrate, particularly refined grains and sugars.

Additionally, excess intake of sugar-sweetened beverages like soda, sweet tea, and other sugary drinks has been shown to directly influence blood pressure. Cutting out these beverages should be the first step in any hypertension treatment, and can also help with shedding excess weight and reducing high blood sugar – both issues that further contribute to hypertension. And don’t think switching to Diet drinks will help either, since artificially-sweetened beverages also contribute to hypertension in addition to other health issues.

While some research has suggested that high fructose intake may increase blood pressure, other research shows that fructose itself is not the problem; rather, it is the consumption of excess total carbohydrate that is the major issue. This means you shouldn’t be concerned with eating modest levels of naturally-occurring fructose, like that from fruit and honey, as these foods are healthy in the context of a moderate carbohydrate diet. Be sure to adjust your carbohydrate intake to your needs and health goals, and get your carbohydrates from nutrient-dense whole foods like fruits and starchy vegetables.
I stopped eating wheat, bread, pasta, and cut out all sugar drinks, no sweets, chocolate anything sweet, except I eat plenty of fruit, and potatoes, all meats are good. (Grass Fed, Organic)

(2)
I use the hypertension setting for about 4 hours at night, sometimes more.  I also ride my bicycle for 1 hour every evening, but I was doing this anyway for years.

I can attest that (1) and (2) completely cured me of hypertension, I have never used hypertension drugs. I did really like bread and pastries, especially pasta, however I believe I have such a responsibility to assisting people on the planet with natural methods, that a sacrifice of carbohydrates, and a life without drugs was worth it.

The time it took me to lower blood pressure naturally using method 1+2 was 2 years
A final note is most Hypertension natural healing methods online or in books completely miss # (1) method. As far as I see Dr Pete is correct… It is the only Natural Hypertension treatment method on the planet which works, I have proven this myself.
Vitalizer Plus
Vitalizer Plus
High blood pressure has also been correlated with a reduced amount of water in the blood, and with aging.  Adults have a lower concentration of water in their blood than children; the elderly have even lower concentrations.  This is one reason (accurate or not) that higher blood pressure has been considered "normal" as we age.

The water content of the blood is critical.  We have noted that thickened blood results in higher cholesterol levels; it also results in high blood pressure.  This is because blood is mostly water.  Normal levels of water in the blood are considered to be 80-85%, although some feel that these accepted levels are much too low.  Dr. Batmanghelidj suggests that fully hydrated blood should be 94% water.
When there is a reduction in the amount of water in the blood, the total blood volume is reduced and more pressure is required to pump it into the extremities of the body.  As the body becomes increasingly dehydrated, more and more pressure is required and blood pressure continues to rise.
Obviously, there are other factors that contribute to high blood pressure; stress is at the top of the list.  However, dehydration is the number one cause of stress in the human body.  It is well known that stress, regardless of the cause, produces the same physiological symptoms.  Water is so important that it alone can often bring blood pressure within normal levels.  Water is also the best thing to take during any kind of stress.

Ken's story is an example of how hexagonal water appears to have brought his blood pressure into the normal range and supported his health following open heart surgery:

Three years ago (Feb. 2002), I had heart surgery - a quadruple bypass.  For a little over a year I followed the standard medical protocol, taking medication for blood pressure and cholesterol, which were both still high.  About a year after the surgery, I was introduced to hexagonal water.  As I began to drink hexagonal water, I noticed an almost immediate improvement in my energy - and I began to lose weight. The longer I drank the water, the better I felt, and I wondered if the water was helping my heart.

When my medication was nearly gone, I was told that I needed to take a stress test before my doctor could prescribe any further medication.  I was feeling so good that I decided to find out what would happen if I stopped taking medication and continued to drink hexagonal water.  A year later, I went in for my annual physical.  To my surprise, my blood work was perfect.  Every one of the 40 parameters that was measured was within the normal range.  I was really excited and within several months I scheduled the stress test with my cardiologist.  I wish I had a video of everyone's faces as I effortlessly completed that test!  At each higher level of the test, the nurses and technicians asked me if I was okay to go on.  For the final 3 minutes, as I was almost running, they were all standing there in disbelief.  My blood pressure stayed well within the normal range (130/80 to start and 160/80 at the end) and I was not really winded when I was done.

When my cardiologist came in to review the results, he had to look twice to make sure of what he was reading.  Then he asked the technician, "How long has he not been taking any medication?".
Needless to say, I got a clean bill of health where my heart was concerned and although the doctor was obliged to tell me that it would be in my best interest to resume taking medication for blood pressure and cholesterol, I have decided NOT to take those medications.  I can't believe how good I feel.

Hexagonal Stuctured Water
Vitalizer Plus

The powerful information laid out at  http://healthproducts2.com/VitalizerPlus/vitalizer-plus-water-machine will illustrate why it may not be sufficient to just obtain PURE drinking water. In order to realize the full benefits of water at the cellular level in the body, additional functional water characteristics must be present for optimum benefits. Not only are most naturally occurring water sources polluted these days, but they also do not have the same functional properties as highly “structured water”.

Vitalizer Plus™, also Known as the Vitalizer Plus Machine, Hexagonal Structured Water has been developed to allow you to now easily and inexpensively produce both PURE and HEALTHY water in the convenience of your home or office.

Hexagonal Structured Water Benefits

  • Super cellular hydration and revitalization
  • Increased Oxygenation at the cellular level
  • Enhanced endurance and reduced recovery time from strenuous exercise
  • Activation of enzymes, immune system support and greater metabolic balance
  • Electron-rich free-radical neutralization and cleansing
  • Slightly alkaline pH

Homemade Japanese-Style Mayo
Makes about 1 1/4 cups or 20 1-tablespoon servings
This mayonnaise is a snap to make and brightens up almost anything you slather it on, from hot dogs and hamburgers to grilled corn and sandwiches. It’s also a real treat as a base for egg or lobster salad. For a fun topping, garnish with bonito flakes (made from dried, smoked tuna) or nori flakes.

Ingredients:
  • 1 egg plus 1 egg white*
  • 2 tablespoons white miso- (Look for Organic)
  • 4 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cup expeller-pressed canola oil - (Organic or it is GMO)
  • Bonito flakes or nori flakes for sprinkling (optional)
Method:

Combine egg, egg white, miso, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt and cayenne in a blender or food processor and pulse until combined. Pour oil into a measuring cup with a pouring spout. With the motor running, pour oil into blender in a very thin stream and blend until a thick mixture forms. Transfer to a bowl or jar. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend. Taste mayonnaise and stir in a bit more vinegar, salt or cayenne if needed. Sprinkle with bonito flakes or nori flakes, if desired. Mayonnaise will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

*Consuming raw eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Feel free to substitute an equal amount pasteurized liquid egg product for the raw eggs in this recipe. (Organic or it will be GMO)

Learn to Cook: Panna Cotta
Serves 6
Pudding-like in texture but gently set like gelatin, this lightly sweet, milk-based dessert couldn’t be easier to make. Garnish with finely chopped mint, a dollop of jam or toasted nuts, if you like.

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 package unflavored gelatin (about 2 1/2 teaspoons)
  • Canola spray oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar, pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch fine sea salt
Method:

Pour milk into a medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over the top and let sit for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, lightly coat six (4- to 5-ounce) bowls or ramekins with spray oil.

Add sugar to saucepan and heat over medium-low heat, stirring very often, until gelatin and sugar are dissolved, 3 to 4 minutes. (The milk should never come to a simmer or boil, so reduce heat as needed.) Stir in vanilla and salt.

Pour milk mixture evenly into prepared bowls and refrigerate until set, about 8 hours or overnight. Serve in bowls or invert panna cotta onto small plates.

VARIATIONS:

-For a chocolate version, before pouring milk mixture into bowls, whisk in 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted, and 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder until well combined.

-To use agar-agar in lieu of gelatin, stir 1 teaspoon agar-agar powder and 1/4 cup sugar into milk and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring often, until thickened, about 2 minutes. Proceed with the recipe. (This version will set much more quickly.)

-For extra flavor, infuse milk with a spice such as 3 or 4 star anise, 1 teaspoon crushed cardamom pods or whole cloves, or 3 or 4 cinnamon sticks. Before sprinkling gelatin over milk, heat milk and spice over medium-low heat until very hot, then cover, remove from heat and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain out spice and cool milk to room temperature, then proceed with the recipe.

Herbed Prime Rib Roast

This is a spectacular and simple roast for holidays and special occasions. The meat and bones are served together on the platter because there is usually plenty of meat left on the bones and someone at the table may like to have one.

Ingredients:
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon expeller-pressed canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (4-rib) bone-in standing rib roast (about 6 pounds), trimmed of excess, but not all, fat
  • 1 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
Method:

Preheat the oven to 475°F. In a food processor, pulse garlic until chopped. Add rosemary, thyme, oil, salt and pepper and pulse until you have a chunky paste. Rub the roast all over with the paste and place bone-side down in a roasting pan.

Roast in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375°F and continue roasting about 1 hour longer. Use a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the roast (not touching bone) to check the temperature in several spots and continue roasting meat, checking temperature every 5 or 10 minutes, until about 10 degrees shy of your preferred level of doneness. The meat will continue cooking while it rests after being removed from the oven and the temperature will rise another 5 or 10 degrees. Target temperatures are 130°F to 135°F for medium rare and 135°F to 145°F for medium. Transfer roast to a cutting board, bone-side down, and let stand 25 minutes before carving.

Meanwhile, carefully spoon off and discard fat from dark juices in the roasting pan. Use oven mitts to place pan over medium-high heat and add broth. Simmer, scraping up browned bits from the bottom of pan, until reduced to 1 cup, about 10 minutes. Carve the roast by running a long, sharp knife between the rib bones and meat to separate them. Slice meat into portions, arrange on a platter with the bones (there's meat left on the bones and some people may want one) and spoon hot pan juices over the top.

Gluten-Free Grilled Stone Fruit Trifle
Serves 10 to 12
When you want to make the most of summer grilling, grill your dinner and dessert too! Make individual servings of the trifle using small ramekins, too.

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 pounds mixed stone fruit such as peaches, nectarines and plums, halved and pitted
  • 1 (12-ounce) Whole Foods Market Gluten-Free Bakehouse Gluten Free Angel Food Cake, cut into 1-inch thick slices
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped
  • 2 cups (16 ounces) lowfat vanilla yogurt
Method:

Prepare a grill for medium-heat cooking. In a small bowl, whisk together honey with 1 tablespoon very hot water.

Brush cut side of fruit with honey mixture and grill 8 to 10 minutes or until tender and lightly charred, turning over halfway through grilling and brushing again with honey mixture.

Grill cake slices 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly charred on both sides.
Coarsely chop grilled fruit (some skins might slip off, but it’s not necessary to remove all skins). Toss fruit with thyme and any remaining honey mixture until evenly combined. Cut grilled cake into bite-size pieces.

Layer half of the cake pieces in a glass trifle dish or clear glass bowl. Top with half of the fruit and half of the yogurt. Repeat with remaining ingredients (reserving 1/4 cup fruit mixture for top of trifle).

Keep refrigerated and serve within 1 day of assembly.
