Thanksgiving is fast approaching, and the pace of our day-to-day schedule will pick up. We need to catch up with people, plan visits, prepare feasts, decide which games to watch and gifts to buy, and a lot more! Many of us rarely have a quiet moment to ourselves during this activity-packed week.
Come join us at our special service this Sunday to set a proactive tone for the upcoming week and the holiday season ahead! This service will be co-conducted by Rev. Seiko L. Obayashi, Rev. Nilsa Ocasio and Rev. Deborah Horowitz with our certified energy healers.
At this service, Rev. Obayashi will share with you a simple and easy practice to turn your personal Thanksgiving into a catalyst for transformation. After the inspirational talk, we will hold a guided meditation to collectively align ourselves with the energy of gratitude and all potential, followed by one-on-one energy work performed by our wonderful healers to amplify the frequency we generate within. Consider coming to this service to jumpstart your personal transformation in time for 2016!
Emma Park-Hazel will be assisting in the production of music to uplift the vibration of the entire congregation. This service will include an inspirational address, fun & interactive meet and greet, a healing prayer, a beautiful live music presentation, guided meditation, one-on-one energy healing and more! This is a wonderful way to refresh your body, mind and spirit for the upcoming week.
Unique to this service is the CHAIR HEALINGS that are given during the meditation. Chairs will be arranged in the front of the church pews, near the platform. Our Certified Healers will be called upon to stand behind the chairs to prepare themselves to channel the light. The congregation will be encouraged to come up front to sit in the chairs to receive a personal healing, while the whole church is in a healing frame of mind. You may select any healer that your intuition draws you to, in order to receive your healing.
Remember, the healing is not just physical; it is spiritual, psychological, situational, and may deal with love, finances, family and others who can benefit from the energy we manifest. The Healing Service is one of the most beautiful services held by the Spiritualist Church.
Remove yourself from the chaos of the city for the evening, and immerse yourself in the healing energy that you will co-create with our lightworkers: the congregation, healers, mediums, ministers, masters, teachers and friends in this Physical Realm and in the Spirit Realm. You will be amazed at what you are capable of, and what we can achieve as a group when we resonate with one intention.

Emma is a classically trained singer and musician. She has been studying voice since age nine and is very passionate about it. She has also been studying piano for 10 years and loves to accompany herself while she sings. She is currently studying theater and sociology at Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College and couldn’t be happier there. She cannot wait to see where life takes her!

OUR SUNDAY SERVICES & MESSAGE CIRCLE

CHURCH SERVICE: 6:00PM - 7:10PM
Our Church Service will be led by Ordained Spiritualist Ministers and/or board-approved Advanced Seminary Students from Holistic Studies Institute of New York. Each of our sevice is unique with a theme: please visit our website for more details.
FELLOWSHIP TIME: 7:10PM - 7:30PM
Catch up with your friends and meet new members. We are asking everyone to volunteer to bring refreshments if you can.
SPIRIT MESSAGE CIRCLE: 7:30PM - 8:45PM (Approx.)
Following the refreshment break, we will hold a Message Circle, which is open to the public. The circle is held in our church community room, where chairs are arranged in a circle. Each week, one or two of our Certified Seance Conductors will lead the circle giving messages to you from those who have crossed over.
In these circles we will learn how to expand our consciousness beyond the physical world to encompass an awareness of the Spirit World and Spirit People. We receive messages, impressions and communication from our spirit loved-ones and friends. If you believe that life goes on, that there is another dimension and that given the right conditions one may receive information from that special place, then our Open Seance is just the right place for you.
